Twenty-five years’ experience in all aspects of Automotive parts recycling.

· As the owner, increased yearly sales for Frank’s Auto Parts in Sydney, Australia from 1.2 Million dollars to 8 Million dollars per year.

· In 2014 ACM Parts entered the Australian market by purchasing Frank’s auto parts and hiring Ross as Operations Manager for NSW. 

Later promoted to National General Manager of Sales. 

Under Ross’s management ACM enjoyed continual sales growth of 3% per month.
